The cafe started out as a simple get together while having coffee among Natasha Tanada, Waylon Nibaten and Albert Salazar in a “garage” (“garahe” in Tagalog) located in the vicinity of Antipolo wherein restoration works of vintage cars is actually being done. Hence, the name “Garahe Grounds”.

Along the way, the public noticed that people usually go there on weekends and spend some relaxing conversation over coffee with the various vintage cars in the garage as the backdrop making it very much instagrammable. From thereon, “Garahe Grounds” just kept growing in popularity that eventually led to invitations for “Garahe Grounds” to setup a pop-up cafe in various events. 

And not long after which, a BPO company named TRU Group has invited “Garahe Grounds” as well to setup a certain area in its BPO/Call Center office to cater to it’s employees making it the first cafe in the Rizal and NCR area that provides corporate cafeteria services as well!
